Since 2019 have been teaching the “Sport and Diplomacy: More than A Game” postgraduate module for International Relations and Global Diplomacy students at the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy (CISD), at SOAS University of London.

I’ve worked from 2017 to 2020 as Strategic Partnerships Project Manager at Y Sport. Innovative and unique sport strategy and sponsorship consultancy based in London. Founded in 2015 by two industry leaders, Sally Hancock and Sally Horrox, Y Sport provides original, impartial and independent advice to global brands, broadcasters and right holders across elite and grassroots sports, with a particular belief and interest in the value of women’s sport. Clients include UEFA, TSB, Sport England, LTA and Sky.
Paralympic Games Coordinator | 残奥会协调员
I was extremely lucky to be part of the Paralympic Movement when it wasn’t yet at its peak. From 2010 to 2012 I was the Paralympic Games Coordinator at the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and worked with Rio 2016, Sochi 2014, London 2012, Guadalajara 2011 on how to integrate Para-Sport into major sporting events, led research among key stakeholders and was involved in crisis management projects.
